The Hamill Innovations Award Program
IBB's Hamill Innovations Award Program is an example of how IBB fosters collaborative research between various disciplines at Rice University.  This program is designed to provide very early phase funding for high risk but potentially high impact collaborative projects, honoring the spirit of Claud B.
